A 3-hour event where we’ll create moments free from the distractions of notifications, chats, and endless scrolling, allowing us to reconnect with ourselves and each other.

In this first edition, the challenge is to dedicate offline time to reading and socializing in [good] company.

Take this time to relax your Nervous System, reduce overstimulation and (if you’d like to) experience in-person connections.

 Program:

• 9:30–10:00 — Arrival and settling in
• 10:00–11:00 — Reading
• 11:00–12:15 — Socializing
• 12:15–12:30 — Closing
