NAUTICAL AGENDA 2025
The Municipality of Esposende, as the coordinating entity of the Esposende Nautical Station, has launched the 2025 Nautical Agenda.
The aim is to provide both residents and national and international visitors with the opportunity to discover the range of nautical events taking place throughout the Esposende region.
This initiative is part of the Action Plan for the Sustainability, Growth and Competitiveness of Tourism in Esposende – 2023\_2027, and the Action Plan of the Esposende Nautical Station 2023\_2025.

"MALVA GLOBO"CONCERT - DANIEL PEREIRA CRISTO
After his debut album *“Cavaquinho Cantado”*, which won the **Carlos Paredes Award** in 2018, and the second album *“De Pernas para o Ar”*, which led to the major show *“Da Raiz ao Fado”* in 2022, **Daniel Pereira Cristo** now presents *“Malva Globo”*, a more singer-songwriter-focused album with musical direction by Hélder Costa, marking **10 years of his solo career**.
This show is a celebration of Portuguese music and its incredible uniqueness and diversity, highlighting new collaborations and bridges with a wide range of guest artists, musical styles, and generations. The goal is to contribute to cultural diversity, plurality, and tolerance — in **Portugal, Europe, and around the world**.
After its premiere in October 2024 at **Casa da Música**, in Porto — to a full house — and with the final concert of the tour scheduled for **September 2025** at **Theatro Circo** in Braga, **Esposende** will host this concert on the eve of **Portugal Day**, **Camões**, and the **Portuguese Communities**, as a celebration of this national holiday.
**Daniel Pereira Cristo** is a Portuguese musician and singer-songwriter who has emerged as one of the leading names in reinvented and modern traditional Portuguese music. In addition to his vocals, he is known for his use of traditional Portuguese string instruments — particularly the *cavaquinho* and the *viola braguesa*.
Throughout his career, he has promoted Portuguese music, language, and culture — a passion that is deeply reflected in his albums and live performances.

ESPOSENDE COMEDY SESSIONS S2 2025
Esposende Comedy Sessions returns for a new season in 2025 and will have three shows at the Esposende Municipal Auditorium between April and August.
The nights of humour with unlikely hosts, established comedians and new talents are back in Esposende.
The second show of the season is on June 26th and will feature performances by Miguel 7 Estacas, Tiago Fonseca, as well as open mics and guests."
A well-known public figure, Miguel 7 Estacas debuted in 1989, but the most significant moment of his career came in 2002 when he joined the roster of comedians who enlivened the episodes of SIC's program “Levanta-te e Ri”. He performed with João Seabra and Hugo Sousa for 10 years in theatrical projects with “Stand da Comédia”. Recently, he has been the comedian with the most appearances on Fernando Rocha’s show “Pi100Pé”.
Tiago Fonseca, a frequent presence in the Porto stand-up scene and also at home, has in his resume two appearances at the Porto Comedy Fest and the podcast Conspiradores de Segunda, which has nearly 100 episodes about conspiracy theories, with 2 of those episodes being good. He is an engineer, but since he cannot complain at work, he takes to the stage to tell you what’s wrong with the world and himself.
